Originally founded as an orphanage in 1886,
G.A. Family Services, a division of Lutheran Social Services,
provides multiple community-based services such as foster care, adoption and post-adoption support, Regional Permanency Center, Accountability and Responsibility After school program, Family Time Visitation, and children’s health home care management. There are currently hundreds of children, ages 0-21, under G.A. Family Services foster care, health homes, post-adoptive, and community-based programs, with many more kids awaiting placement in the community.
With offices in both Chautauqua and Erie County, we also
serve children and families in all the counties of Western NY.
